In this article, we would like to share a customer’s voice from Chris, who is from the United States.
Chris married a Japanese woman, and he chose our office to handle the renewal of his residence status as a “Spouse or child of Japanese national” twice.
This time, he was granted a five-year period of stay.

今回は、アメリカ出身のクリス様からいただいた「お客様の声」をご紹介します。
クリス様は日本人の奥様とご結婚されており、「日本人の配偶者等」の在留資格更新を弊所に二度お任せいただき、今回は「５年」の許可が取得できました。

Please tell us your feelings about the renewal of your residence status of “Spouse or child of Japanese national.”
今回の「日本人の配偶者等」の更新にあたって、感じたことをお聞かせください。

Last time, I was granted a three-year residence permit, but this time I was able to obtain a five-year visa for the first time!
I am aiming to obtain a Permanent Resident Visa in Japan in the future, so I feel that this is a big step forward.
前回は在留期間「３年」の許可でしたが、今回は初めて「５年」のビザを取得できました！
将来的には永住権の取得を目指しているのですが、大きな前進だと感じています。

This is my second time using your service, and I always have a good impression of your English-speaking staff, who are very friendly and approachable.
